1. Agreement to Terms
By using Triple S Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
Triple S Services provides luxury chauffeur services including but not limited to:
- Airport transfers
- Executive travel
- Event transportation
- Wedding and special occasion transport
- Long-distance touring
- Close protection services
3. Booking and Payment
3.1 Booking Process
Bookings can be made through our website, phone, or email. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
3.2 Payment Terms
Payment is required in advance or as agreed upon booking confirmation. We accept various payment methods including credit cards and bank transfers.
3.3 Pricing
All prices are quoted in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Prices may vary based on distance, duration, vehicle type, and additional services.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 Client Cancellations
- More than 24 hours: Full refund
- 12-24 hours: 50% charge
- Less than 12 hours: Full charge applies
- No-show: Full charge applies
4.2 Company Cancellations
In the unlikely event we need to cancel, we will provide alternative arrangements or a full refund.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate pickup and destination information
- Being ready at the agreed pickup time
- Informing us of any special requirements
- Ensuring all passengers behave appropriately
- Covering any additional costs for delays or route changes
- Any damage to the vehicle caused by the client or their party
6. Waiting Time
Complimentary waiting time:
- Airport pickups: 60 minutes from scheduled landing time
- Other locations: 15 minutes from scheduled pickup time
Additional waiting time will be charged at our standard hourly rate.
7. Vehicle and Safety
7.1 Vehicle Standards
All our vehicles are maintained to the highest standards and are fully licensed and insured.
7.2 Chauffeur Standards
Our chauffeurs are professionally trained, licensed, and vetted to ensure your safety and comfort.
7.3 Safety Requirements
All passengers must comply with UK road safety laws, including the use of seatbelts.
8. Liability and Insurance
8.1 Our Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8.2 Insurance Coverage
We maintain comprehensive commercial insurance covering our vehicles and operations.
8.3 Personal Belongings
We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left in our vehicles.
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, traffic conditions, road closures, or other force majeure events.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
11. Complaints and Disputes
If you have any complaints about our service, please contact us within 48 hours. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and fairly.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the revision date.
